So here we are three months into the 2017 year, and so far we’re still here and still bringing you what’s good in the anime and manga world! Next month we’ll be back on the road again (if you haven’t already heard) with two anime cons known as Nipponcon, and Zenkaikon! If you’re a fan of virtual reality and sci-fi, then this lesser known anime title known as Denno Coil will be the answer to your cravings. Got a sweet tooth for some Japanese treats? Then check out this anime title known as the Seven Deadly Sins; a big favorite of our Co-Founder A. Goldman! At the beginning of next week we’ll start posting some upcoming anime conventions for the month of March, then in April we’re back on the road again as D&A makes its way to Nipponcon 2017 in Westminster, MD, and then to Zenkaikon 2017 in Lancaster, PA.

It’s been two weeks since our last Miscellany Monday segment, but now we’re back nice and fresh from the hiatus we took! As long as the blog is active we will continue to bring you guys more lesser-known anime titles and more great Japanese snacks for your taste buds to enjoy! If you’re looking for a title about a psychiatrist who’s a little obnoxious and unorthodox for his own good, then Welcome to Irabu’s Office may be the title you’ve been looking for.

If you’re looking for the latest and greatest snack out there in Japan, then try your hand at some Monaka, and sandwich the wafers between a small scoop of vanilla ice cream! With March arriving later mid-week we’re on the hunt to find some anime conventions for the month of March, and post em’ right here on the blog for you and your friends to check out. April will be a busy month for A. Goldman and Yours Truly, because our 2017 mini anime convention tour will be kicking back in after nearly a two month post-con break. We’re so excited to see what will unfold on the rest of our tour, and don’t worry, we’ll post the excitement on our youtube page so you guys can check it out! 🙂

Get swept into the world of MMORPG, as you journey through the lives of otaku gamers in And You Thought there was Never a Girl Online? Or enjoy a story about the life of otaku and anime fans in the manga title Genshiken. Either way, you’re livin’ the otaku life baby! 😉

Slash Saturday returns after its two week vacation to bring you killer samurai anime titles, and of course our male and female samurai Hall of Fame inductees! See you all then, you awesome otaku you! 😉 

We have reached over 6,000 views within a time frame of 13 months, and we have you (the fans) to thank! We’ve got a great Miscellany Monday for you to enjoy with good snacks from Japan, and lesser known anime titles that need a lil’ lovin’ from D&A. Sink your teeth in a delectable treat known as Senbei (which goes great with some green tea), or delight yourself to an anime title where a girl is given a magical violin that helps her win a music competition. Either way, your Monday nights will never be boring with us around, cuz’ with D&A, your Mondays will always be miscellaneous! 😉

After what was a two week hiatus on this weekend segment of the blog/site, we have returned with some more samurai anime titles as well as our inductees for our male and female samurai Hall of Famers. Dive into the ghastly mystery of the spooky stories surrounding Japan’s samurai era in Ayakashi: Samurai Horror Stories, or check out our past and current inductees in our male and female division of our Hall of Fame.

When it comes to giving reviews on what shows to check out we’re on our P’s and our Q’s, though to this very day even we don’t exactly know what that means. February’s less than a couple days away, so get ready for some old and new anime conventions that will be comin’ your way through our Cons Near U page. If you haven’t gotten the chance to check out our fan fiction page yet you’ll notice that we now have two upcoming fanfics on the way; Hyakka Ryoran: Samurai S, and Danganronpa: Total Chaos & Utter Despair. 2017 is just getting started with us as the first month draws towards a close, but one thing’s for sure, D&A will continue to strive towards being the best anime blog/site on the web! 🙂
