Starting this week; Manga Lowdown will take over on Friday, and Anime Lowdown will take over on Saturday! Except for Anime of the Month and Manga of the Month (both of which are bi-monthly), Manga Lowdown’s Manga of the Week and Manga Trivia will take over Friday Night, and Anime of the Week and Anime Trivia will take over Saturday Night. We’ll post updates/alerts when our segments have been updated so check in every so often every Friday and Saturday Night to see what we’ve got for you! ๐

D&A Vimeo Channel Update!
We mentioned a few posts back that we would be doing our podcasts on our upcoming vimeo channel in mid-Summer, well, we’re actually going to do our Anime of the Week: Live Review videos instead. We might do podcasts in the future, but for now we’ll stick to a simpler measure…
Here’s the Rundown…
- Manga Lowdown debuts tomorrow night @ 8pm, starting with Manga of the Week. Manga of the Month will debut June 1, 2016.
- Anime of the Month kicks off May 1, 2016, and will be on-going until May 31, 2016. Then we do it all over again on a bi-monthly schedule.
- Anime Trivia is every 1st and 3rd Friday starting May 6, 2016 at 9pm instead of 11pm. Manga Trivia will kick off every 2nd and 4th Monday starting May 9, 2016 at 8pm.
- Both Anime of the Month and Manga of the Month will alternate bi-monthly; meaning A.O.T.M. will operate January, March, May, and so on. M.O.T.M. will operate February, April, June, and so on.

Manga Lowdown Coming Soon!
As our blog/site continues to expand in excitement, we’ll soon be introducing a new drop-down page known as Manga Lowdown. It will have the same features like Anime Lowdown, only with Manga titles as opposed to anime ones. We don’t have an exact date of when we’ll drop this new feature, but we’ll keep you posted until then! ๐
What’s Goin’ On in May…
Though we’re only halfway through the month of April, we’ve already got a lineup of what’s goin’ down in May! There’s going to be new posting times for events dealing with Anime Lowdown, as well as Cons Near U. However instead of waiting until May to list what our upcoming changes will be, we’ve got em’ right here!
- Anime of the Week (A.O.T.W.) will be posted every Saturday Night @ 9pm starting this week!
- Anime of the Month (A.O.T.M.) will kick off May 1, 2016, and will be updated on a gradual basis.
- D&A Anime Trivia will resume in May, and the trivia questions will be posted on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month. The answer will be given on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.
- Northwest Bound, Northeast Bound, Westbound, Southwest Bound and Southbound anime cons for Cons Near U will be updated 3-4 weeks before the date of the actual con.
